Review: I was referred to Uni-Tech many years ago by a realtor friend. After receiving quotes from another independently owned company and a few of the nationwide ones, I ended up using Uni-Tech. I got great service, the same chemicals and treatment process as the large companies but at a much lower cost than they quoted me. When doing my annual warranty inspection the techs always call when they are on their way, are all very friendly yet maintain a level of professionalism that is so appreciated when having to be alone with a service person in my home. I’ve had a tech named Roger a few times and he is always great to deal with. Highly recommend Uni-Tech.
