We are so grateful he diagnosed our issue perfectly after THREE other companies failed to do so. Grateful is an understatement. Review: After 10 months, 3 visits, and $1,200 spent, I’m left with the same rodent problem I started with. As an 82-year-old woman, I trusted Truly Nolen to provide honest, effective service—but instead, I was met with delays, unkept appointments, and zero results. I ultimately had to trap the mice myself, which is unacceptable considering the cost and promises made.

It feels like I was taken advantage of—my age shouldn’t be a reason for any company to neglect service or overcharge. Appointments were repeatedly postponed, and no real effort was made to resolve the issue. I’m not just disappointed—I’m heartbroken and sad that a well-known company would treat a customer this way.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Truly Nolen to anyone, especially seniors. Please think twice before putting your trust—and your money—into their hands.

Review: We have been using Steven Gonzales from Truly Nolan pest service for probably 15 plus years and he is polite, professional and does an excellent job keeping our yard and house pest free. Last year we had a problem with ants from our vegetable garden getting into the house and he came out and took care of it immediately and checked back several weeks in a row to make sure we were ant free. He is excellent at his job and we truly recommend him to take care of your property. Thanks!
