Review: Shane is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I asked him to take away the rodent box that has been in our yard for some time, and Shane took the time to take a photo and then show me how it was obviously working and we apparently have more mice than we realized. He’s shown the same care and professionalism each time he’s come, and we appreciate his efforts and work ethic!

He took the time to explain the services thoroughly and answered all my questions, making the decision to go with Hawx an easy one.

John, the technician, was equally impressive. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the treatment process. He worked efficiently while ensuring everything was done properly. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise both Nate and John demonstrated.

Review: Shane was a great Tech. His knowledge of his job was great. He definitely took the time to service our house the way I would want it serviced. Most companies come and spray and are gone within 5 minutes. Shane was there for a solid 20 to 35 minutes actually taking care of our property. Review: Had pest control has been very good for our household. We have not seen bugs at all done spiders here and there. And when we want them to come and spray or take care of a problem they are available at no extra cost. My pest control man is Shane, he is very respectful and communicates so very well. That is what I place the rate of 10/10 recommended communication to me is so important.
