Review: UPDATE (from my initial 1 star review): I received a call and was told that I could indeed extend my warranty, which I did. Sounds like there was just a miscommunication from their service rep, which was going to be address internally. Updated to 4 stars, just due to the initial miscommunication.
I was initially satisfied with Budget Brothers for my termite treatment. However, after consistently paying for five years of extended warranty services, I was recently informed that I am no longer eligible for coverage and would need to pay over $900 for a new treatment. This was unexpected and disappointing, as I’ve been paying hundreds of dollars annually to maintain protection for my home, not because I currently need a treatment.
To add to the confusion, I received a call offering to extend my warranty, which turned out to be an “automated message” and ultimately led to a bait-and-switch tactic encouraging me to call back.
Unfortunately, this experience has led me to lose trust in their warranty program, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Matt arrived on time and gave a very clear and honest assessment of our issue. It was obvious he is a true professional and understands his industry very well. He treated our home due to a termite issue and after several months we have not seen any sign of them returning. I would recommend Matt to anyone in need of this service.
