Review: This unexpected infestation was a nightmare. I dont know how they got in but John took them out. I called and he was here to inspect within a few hrs, quickly and correctly confirmed the the problem, and resolved it right away. Went out of his way to take care of me. Very grateful. Great guy.

Review: BEDBUGS of Arizona- (company name) I had a concern about the possibility of bedbugs in my home. After researching multiple companies, I contacted the owner of this company, Mr. John Taylor. He made the drive across the valley to check my home out the very next morning. He was knowledgable, found no evidence of bugs, and did NOT try to upsell me anything. He is a true professional, thorough, and honest. I was beyond relieved not only about the lack of bugs, but thrilled that I chose to call this company. They are true professionals and experts in their field!

Review: Was at my house under 2 hours, inspected & found no bedbugs. Later sent John photos of suspicious bugs and he responded immediately that they weren't bedbugs. For peace of mind call the most honest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Oh and John didn't charge me a penny!

Review: What an honest man. John conducted a free inspection, determined that no bed bugs were present, didn’t upsell me on anything, and kindly shared his expertise. Though I hope I never need his services, he’d be my one and only call in the future. Though I still have to identify the mystery villains biting me, “no bed bugs” gives me invaluable peace of mind. I called on a Saturday night, and he came out Sunday morning. Impressive customer service!! Thank you, John!
