Review: We had some unexpected bedbugs in our home we called and they were the only company that came out the same day. Caleb was very informative and extremely thorough. He could’ve easily of charged us Whatever he wanted but he told us that it was a extremely small situation that could be handled in a very tactical manner. Which he executed on perfectly and we no longer have an issue. I’m very grateful for the prompt and professional service.

Review: Just a terrific company all around...from the office staff to their field service delivery people. Our field person is Dallas and I am very very happy with his service and his beaming personality each time he comes by.

I have quarterly service with AZEX; however, any time I see bugs, etc. between my quarterly services, I call and AZEX comes right out and solves my concerns.

Great company...highly recommend!!!!

Review: The technician under estimated the problem. So after his treatment I still had live bedbugs running around. He said he was going to come back with the dog and never did. And when I called the corporate center to see when I was getting the follow up, they said I never paid for the dog. So there was some miscommunication with that whole thing. It was only after I contacted the corporate center that the agent was trying to contact me and wanted something. I feel I paid a lot of money and I still have the problem and I really don’t want to talk to these people anymore.
But they have taken the initiative and explain the situation. And came back to my house with one of the best employees and worked on my house until they finally alleviated the problem. I am so impressed with their follow through. I never thought anybody reads Those reviews. I am glad they take those review seriously. I appreciate Caleb and all his hard work and the follow-through of this company.
