Review: I happened to run into Shawn Crawford at a store and ended up calling Arizona’s Best Choice for a termite inspection. Shawn was professional, friendly, and really helped put my mind at ease. The inspection came back all clear (thank goodness!), and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and what to look out for in the future. If I ever have issues down the road, I’m definitely calling them. Highly recommend reaching out to Shawn if you ever have concerns—great experience from start to finish!

Review: I have been using ABC for over 15 years and love their customer service, prompt response time and their technicians. Ray is our monthly pest control guy, and he is so personable and reliable - got lucky with him. He is so very flexible with us. Shaun termite treated our whole house after we pulled up the flooring, for preventative maintenance under our warranty. Our house was a mess due to construction - but he actually cleaned up the flooring after he drilled and treated. He left it looking better than before he got there. He also came back on a Saturday to finish what he couldn't do the day before - hard worker, trustworthy and all around good human. They are fantastic!

I bought the 5 year warranty coverage after my initial treatment and they have come out to re-treat with no hassles anytime I've needed it. Cannot recommend Shawn enough. He's the best technician I've worked with and he is very detailed and thorough. He works hard to get to the root of the problem.
