Review: Jon is the real deal. Have had other companies in the past that ended up spending less than 5 minutes for each monthly service. Did it myself after that. Ran into a problem after living years without any bugs. They started showing up. Jon and his Teammate actually did more than just show up and spray. They found the source of the bugs and took care of it. Extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Arizona Pest Solutions

Review: My home was due for preventative termite treatment, so based on the # of & quality of reviews I found on google, yelp, & BBB, I came up with a list of 5 companies to contact. After my conversation with Jon at Arizona Pest Solutions, he was #1 on my list. Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions but he went above & beyond to add some context to the answers he was providing. I could also tell from his responses that he was incredibly knowledgeable & had been doing this for a long time!

Of the 5 companies I called, I had 4 come out to do an inspection so they could present me with a quote. I liked Jon just as much in person as I did over the phone…all of the qualities I remembered from our earlier conversation were there in person as well. To top it off, his quote ended up being the best of the 4 I received. The technician (I think his name was Will) who did the treatment was pleasant & efficient. And can’t leave out Valerie in the office…my interactions with her over the phone were very pleasant & she was always very prompt to get back with me.

Happy I found this company! Hint to any potential new customers looking for preventative termite treatment…they had a $100 off coupon on their website for new customers, so be sure to check & see if something is out there for you!

Review: I had a pretty unnerving insect problem. Other companies wanted double and even triple what Arizona Pest Solutions charged and they treated me like a dollar sign. I found this company and after reading their reviews, decided to give them a call. Valerie and John surpassed my expectations! They treated me as a person and were always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I live a little over an hour away but that didn't matter to them. John came and treated my home, even helping me finish the prep work when he got here. Valerie was always quick to answer my questions and they both made me feel at ease. I suppose it goes without question that my problem has been eliminated. At least it seems to have been. John was back today for a follow up inspection and although he didn't see activity, he treated again to be on the safe side. I would and will definitely recommend Arizona Pest Solutions for all of your pest control needs. I am truly pleased and will be a regular customer from here on out. I am so happy to have found this company!

Review: The exterminator did an amazing job and took he took his time to do it right! He was courteous and respectful of our home and very personable. It was obvious during the inspection with the owner and the guy that came out that they knew what they were talking about. They will definitely be our pest control company from now on.
