Review: Austin and Erin from Arizona pest control are incredibly efficient, polite, and courteous of all of our things in our house. They went above and beyond make sure that they asked if we had any animals so that we could verify their safety and make sure that nothing was put where the dogs could get to it. They were very patient when it came to questions that we had and they informed us in a understandable to way.if you’re going to have any type of pest whether it be raccoons or roaches, bedbugs or ticks, call Arizona pest control if you really want them gone for good and For a good price these guys aren’t looking to rip you off. They’re looking to get rid of the pest and better your quality of life. Thanks again does appreciate you being so nice. I don’t leave reviews unless it’s really good or really bad so much to say something about the service we received from them.

Review: I have really enjoyed my experience with Arizona pest control especially with Chris J. They come when they are scheduled and make sure to text a head and give updates if they are delayed. And the spraying works! At the most I see one or two spiders in my house but no other bugs in the house or near the perimeter. I feel safe when I get my house sprayed. Chris J is a warm person to talk to and always answers my questions.

Review: We were with Arizona Pest Control for over a year and it started off so great. The customer service was amazing, they were flexible and accommodating to our needs no complaints.
We loved our tech and he always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He would put down sticky traps and exchange them every time he came to service the house.
Then one day, a new person showed up. Unannounced, we asked about our former tech and he said that he was on the route now. We figured it would be fine so we stuck with it for 3 more services and it was not the standard they had originally set for us.
We called management and asked for a new tech, they said he was the only one available to service our house. The tech was rude, snippy, did the minimum work, and seemed high every time we engaged with him. In the course of the 4 months he never replaced any of the sticky traps he removed. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed with the change in service and the lack of flexibility in a bigger company.

Review: Yeah, unfortunately they don’t do one time services. You gotta sign an agreement like a one year agreement or so forth every other month agreement they don’t give free quotes over the phone. They send a certified inspector. They said to look at your property so best of luck at this company.
